Write a three to four (3-4) page paper in which you address the following:

1. Evaluate the impact technological changes have had on the economics of health care and what these changes mean to the health care industry, addressing at least two (2) changes.

2. Recommend a methodology decision makers can use to determine the benefit of technological solutions and the expected benefits.

3. Elaborate on the idea that the consumer is a health producer. Discuss the implications of this to the health care industry and the economy.
